I created and produced Pop! Around the World, a 41-episode global content series for Funko that served as a branded docu-style exploration of fandom through a worldwide lens. I oversaw all aspects of production—including sourcing and managing local video teams, coordinating talent and crew across 15 countries and time zones, securing location approvals, managing international travel logistics, payment processing, and vendor negotiations—all while operating within a highly constrained budget. The series spotlighted collectors, creators, and cultural tastemakers, positioning Funko as a globally resonant lifestyle brand and delivering regionally authentic storytelling at scale.
