Pop! Talk: Hall H Live at San Diego Comic-Con
POP! Talk: Special Edition was a 360° marquee activation I produced in partnership with San Diego Comic-Con, bringing Funko’s flagship Q&A format to the iconic Hall H stage. I oversaw all aspects of execution, including licensing approvals for branded giveaways, talent booking pitches and contracts, show flow development, seating strategy, and giveaway mechanics. Representing the hit Netflix series Cobra Kai, William Zabka appeared as a featured guest, tied to the launch of a special edition Hall H exclusive Funko Pop!, a collector’s grail that drove demand and buzz. The activation blended live fan engagement with digital amplification, generating massive in-person turnout and high-performing social content across Instagram and YouTube.
